Welcome to Tranquility Cottage located in Meadville, Mississippi. Peaceful, quiet, meditative...all of these describe this space. Three bedrooms/2 FULL baths sleep up to 7 comfortably. With a whole acre to roam...the furry animals are WELCOME!

Located on the edge of the town limits, there is plenty of space to just DO YOU. The Homochitto National Forest/Clear Springs recreational area is 15 minutes away. You can reach Brookhaven, McComb, Natchez AND I-55 within 30 minutes.

 

So load up the family, grab your cage/leash and enjoy your time visiting with us!

The space

The property is country living within the city limits. Nestled on an acre with a small creek behind, you will find all the peace and quiet you want. There's room for kids and pets to play, host a family gathering or kick back and BBQ with friends on the dual grill.

 

We host a full kitchen complete with pots, utensils, real plates and cutlery so making meals should be a breeze.

 

Plan to hunt all day in the National Forest or go bahaing on the many creeks (with permission, of course)? Peel off those grungy clothes and wash them in the on-site washer/dryer.

 

We currently have 2 Fire televisions (more to come), so log yourself in and watch like you were home.

 

The front porch and rear patio boasts rockers to better allow people watching. The patio has a dual gas/charcoal grill and a built in cooktop. Can you smell those steaks sizzling right now???
